MIND BODY CONNECTION
Having spent years in the medical space, both professionally and as a patient, I know firsthand the sense of helplessness that comes when you’re unwell and have to entrust your health and healing entirely to others. It can feel disempowering and even terrifying.
We often talk about empowering people to take charge of their health and healing, but what does that really mean? Sure, we all know the basics: eat well, avoid smoking, limit alcohol, and stay active. But almost no one talks about the incredible power of the body to heal, regenerate, and communicate what it needs. That’s where the conversation truly gets exciting—because true healing starts with tuning in and listening to your own body.
This month, my hope is to spark that connection and help you start that conversation. To support this, I’ve gathered a collection of resources to guide you on this journey:
Podcasts and books
Podcasts and books from incredible thought leaders who explore this topic in ways that bring deep insight and clarity.
BREAST OIL
Our in-house breast oil, along with an instructional video to help you reconnect physically with your body. Over the years, we noticed that over half our patients suffer from breast pain or tenderness. We consulted with a wellness expert to create an incredible oil to help. Our staff have tried and tested it; and love it.
A special conversation
A special conversation with Tracey Stevens from The Healing Point, where she dives deeper into the mind-body connection and specifically explores what pain and illness in the breast may be trying to tell us. You can listen to this podcast, along with some of her other insightful episodes, here.
I invite you to explore these resources, take a moment to listen to your body, and start embracing its incredible ability to heal.
