A guide to nurturing body, mind and soul

Raine Dunn has a background as a movement teacher (Pilates, yoga and barre) and as a chef, and has written a recipe book about healthy eating and healing your relationship with food and with your body.

A series of traumatic events including an eating disorder, divorce and her brother’s suicide catalysed Raine’s spiritual journey. She then experienced four years of debilitating chronic illness. All these experiences and her decision to take full responsibility for healing herself, led her to become passionate about supporting people in recognising the link between ill health and their psycho-emotional state, trauma, and lifestyle.

Now, Raine is a healer, utilising various modalities including energy healing, sound healing, essential oils and light therapy, and offers consults to guide people on their own journey to vital wellness, in body, mind and soul.

This October, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, MAMI is proud to bring you Wellness Within, a self-care program designed to reduce stress, support healing, and promote overall wellness. Co-created by MAMI, Raine Dunn (course outline and content), and Melisa Liebovitz (artwork and design), this course brings together gentle practices that you can incorporate into your daily routine, empowering your body, mind, and soul.
