FACE MASSAGE

Face massage is a beautiful self care practice. You can do this routine at any time of the day but it is particularly nurturing to do at night time to relax your nervous system and get you ready for a good night’s sleep. You can do the entire 18 minute routine, or pick your favourite parts and do just 5 minutes as part of your daily routine.

You can use jojoba, argan or avocado oil to do your massage, or whichever oil or serum you prefer to use.

My favourite dĹŤterra essential oils to add to the base oil:

FRANKINCENSE

Invigorating, uplifts mood and awakens energy, relieves muscle stiffness

LAVENDER

calming, soothing and healing to the skin (particularly helpful for rosacea)

TEA TREE

balances the microbiome
of the skin
